The National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP): In-Person Meetings

DETAILS: This evidence-based, year-long program, originally developed by the CDC, includes weekly sessions for roughly the first 6 months and then bi-weekly/monthly sessions after that. New cohort forming summer 2021.
